The general areas of the hotel were well-maintained and easy to navigate, which was especially important for someone like me, a senior woman. The hotel had great accessibility and made it convenient for me to get around without any issues.

If I had to ask for one improvement for a better vacation experience for senior people, it would be for the children working there to be more attentive and accommodating.

I recently stayed at a hotel near Bukit Bintang for 3 nights, and I had a great experience. The location was fantastic, as it was near to Ikea too by car and Berjaya Times Square. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast offered a variety of options. I also enjoyed the view from my room, which overlooked the city skyline.

The rooms at Hulo Hotel are perfect for backpackers like us. They have a cozy and homely feel, making us instantly comfortable. We loved the private bathrooms with complimentary toiletries and hair dryers. It was convenient and saved space in our backpacks. The flat-screen TV and coffee/tea making facilities in each room were a great addition for some relaxation time. We were lucky to get a room with a city view, which was a nice bonus and made our stay more enjoyable.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the television LCD/plasma screen. I prefer a simpler TV for a more laid-back experience.

We loved how this hotel was conveniently located near a shopping mall, Imbi station monorail and lots of hotspots. It was very clean and had all the hotel facilities we needed. We didn't have to worry about parking as we used public transportation. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the lively Pudu area - close to Jalan Alor. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the reception area and gallery were absolutely mesmerizing. The beds were comfortable, rooms were clean, and the free breakfast included was a lovely perk. I also appreciated the fact that the hotel served as a gallery, with unique and interesting decorations throughout. On top of that, the hotel had ample parking space and I could even see my car from my room.

The hotel had decent Wi-Fi and a TV in the room which was nice to have during down time. The location was conveniently close to restaurants and food options. the hotel had a neat art gallery display in the lobby, which added some character to the establishment.

The cleanliness of the hotel was below average and it made our stay quite uncomfortable. The bathroom appeared to have mold growing in the shower, and the bedsheets had obvious stains on them.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. Despite being reasonably priced, the attention to detail was impeccable. From the modern art adorning the walls to the cosy rooms with twin beds, everything was well thought out. The breakfast spread was also impressive, offering a variety of options to cater to different tastes. The location in the city center was another big plus, as it made it convenient to explore the nearby shopping areas like Bukit Bintang and Times Square.

The only minor setback was the soundproofing between rooms.
